The secret to a happy life
Have you ever seen or met someone that simply seem to radiate happiness? Is there a secret they seem to have? Or they dont have troubles like the rest of us? Chances are they have just many difficulties as we do. How ever they live life differently than the ones that allow life to let them down. By making a few changes and applying some techniques, we too can be become happy and cheerful people

1 Focus on the good you have.
To remember the heartache and negativity will only cast a shadow in our life that will bring us down.
2 Stop comparing yourself or your life with those of others.
You are unique and meant to be unique. There is no one else exactly like you with all your qualities. Unfortunately at times we become so obsessed about ourselves that we compare ourselves with others. There will always be smarter, skinnier, wealthier, prettier people. But ask yourself. Does it really matter? Is it that important? We need to live our lives, as we are, with our talents that we are blessed with.
3 Focus on people and relationships rather than materialism.
We enter the world with nothing and we leave the world with nothing. But we can and are able to make an impact in the lives of those we love.
4 Give some of your time.
Think about a cause that is important to you. Make a difference in someone else's life. When you give your time and effort it makes a difference in the world. Your own troubles will become less important when you give some of your time to others who really are in need.
5 Challenges can become opportunities.
Life give all of us challenges. But we choose how to respond to it. You may feel like you get more than your fair share of challenges. But only you can control how much of an impact it has on you.
6. Have some fun.
Laugh and do something you like. Enjoy games, put on some music that you like and dance. Behave like a child, when growing up and older. It doesnt mean we should at all times be serious.
7 Focus on your religion and your beliefs.
When believing in God, it gives strength and hope when life becomes challenging. At times life is too difficult to handle things yourself. When focusing on your faith, there can be comfort and solace when giving some of the burdons to God.
8 Be good in who you are.
Life is filled with temptations. Its so easy to think being bad is good and fine. Making the wrong choice seem to be ok. Our little indiscretions seem to be small when thinking of all things that happen in the world. But by making the right choices our hearts and conscience are calm and at peace
9 Realize you wont always be happy.
Some days will be happier than others. Its normal and fine. Life has struggles and difficulties. Think about it. Its the difficult days that make the great days so much more special and wonderful.
10 Make acceptable changes.
If there is things about your life that you don't like. Then have the courage to change it. You have the power to make the correct changes in your life. Take control and make the needed changes. Make the conscious decision to live life happily. Celebrate what ever life brings, the good and the bad. By making the choices and changes. Your life can be happy .
